An Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Officer manages, maintains, and supports an organization's computer systems, hardware, networks, and data security to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Support: Help staff fix hardware, software, and network problems.
System Maintenance: Set up, monitor, and update computers, servers, printers, and software.
Network Administration: Manage local area networks (LAN), internet access, Wi-Fi, and user accounts.
Data Security: Install antivirus tools, protect files, and run routine system backups.
Vendor & Asset Management: Track IT equipment inventory and work with outside tech suppliers.
Staff Training: Teach employees how to use new software or hardware safely.
