Information Communication Technology Officer[2] - AN- Scale -KMTC 9 - 3 Posts at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC)

Duties and responsibilities at this level will involve: analyzing, designing, testing and implementing ICT applications; providing advanced user support; maintaining and supporting ICT systems; training end users in ICT systems; repairing and maintaining ICT equipment; receiving, installing, certifying and configuring ICT equipment; maintaining and updating websites and portals; configuring and maintaining local area networks and wide area networks; updating and maintaining ICT equipment inventory; preparing ICT technical specifications and user manuals and documentation; and escalating any faults for further action.

For appointment to this level a candidate must have


Bachelor of Science degree in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Computer Technology, Informatics, Computer Science & Technology, Information Systems, Informatics and Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Security and Forensics, Business Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognised Institution.
