REQUIREMENT FOR APPOINTMENT
For appointrnent to this grade, a candidate must have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other Information Communication Technolory related discipline from a recognized institution;
Programming skills and development of ICT systems using Pyhon, Pert, PHP or any other language will be an added advantage; and
Meet Chapter Six (6) ofthe constitution of Kenya zoro.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is the entry grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will be deployed to work at the Regional or County Offices under the guidance of a senior and experienced ofticer.
Specifically, duties and responsibilitics will be include:
Providing technical support to end users for all handware and software to facilitate ease in the use of information technology in the operations of ODPP for enhancement of efficiency;
Maintaining ODPP Information Commrrnisatisn fectmolosi Exstems to minimize system breakdovms that disrupt operations;
Preparing ICT equipment maintenance Eports to ensure the maintenance is monitored for cost management purposes;
