Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Agricultural/Marketing degree or diploma an advantage
4 - 5 years previous experience in an Agricultural Marketing environment.
Valid drivers license
Skills:
Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Computer literate (MS Office);
Thorough knowledge of agricultural products (incl fertilizer, seed, fuel)
Strong sales & marketing skills;
Excellent influencing/negotiation skills;
Excellent ability to build relationships with customers as well as suppliers;
Business insight;
Strategic and innovative thinking;
Entrepreneurial skills;
Customer liaison skills.
