Mission Description


Processing and documentation of tenders to be approved
Processing of commercial reports on weekly bases.
Occasionally following up on clients shipments status and advising them accordingly.
Organizing commercial meetings and taking minutes on weekly bases.
Handle inquiries and follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and CRM updates.
Conduct calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant services.
Create and deliver sales presentations and product demos (if applicable).
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through CRM management and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for leads, conversions, and revenue.
Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance repeat business.
Provide timely follow-ups, quotations, pricing, and commercial proposals.
Share regular sales reports and forecasts with management.


Profile


Bachelor's degree in marketing, Administration or related field.
Experience with CRM Tools
3years experience in inside sales and Logistics Industry.
