Inside Sales Representative - East Africa at Lenovo

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have daily communication with executives from large companies, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career in particular, working with the heart of our customers. You will go through complete training curriculum on our product portfolio, and your account management skills development.
What will you do:
Manage and develop your assigned customers to maximize Lenovo's revenue and margin and expand customer satisfaction. Product selection and configuration according to customer requirements.
Achieve profitable revenue growth for your customer base.
Build strong relationships with third party vendors and partner companies as may be required to provide complete solutions to customers.
Collaborate with internal functions such as technical sales teams, marketing, or the delivery team
Work closely with field sales reps, with whom you will form a unit, and other sales teams at Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals
Weekly reporting on account status: quarterly performance reports, forecasts, and business planning vs. target.
Create and follow up on proposals including pricing until project completion
Work closely with channel partners and distributors for opportunity management and seamless order executions
Based in Kenya and work with distributors, channel partners and assigned end customers across the East Africa region
What will you bring:
1-3 years of previous inside sales / sales experience
Experience within the IT or related industry (infrastructure solutions, software or services is a plus).
Customer-oriented, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good presentation and communication skills
