Duties and Responsibilities

This is the entry and training grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer. Specific duties and responsibilities will include: -


Planning and supervision of construction works for water supplies and sewerage schemes;
Compiling operation and maintenance data; and
Supervising water supply operators and artisans.


Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: -


Diploma in Water Supply Technology or Water Engineering from a recognized institution; and
Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
