Requirements and Qualifications
Proven Track Record: At least 5 - 7 years of demonstrable success in resource mobilization, fundraising, or business development, preferably within the higher education or international development sectors.
Education: A Master's degree in Business Administration,
International Relations, Development Studies, or a related field.
Networking Prowess: A strong existing network of local and international donors, corporate partners, and foundations.
Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Leadership: Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across academic and administrative departments.
