Role Purpose

To drive institutional and group revenue growth by generating qualified B2B leads, supporting sales closures, and positioning the hotel as a reliable base for long-stay, corporate, NGO, government, and AFCON-related clients.

This is NOT a social media role.

This role focuses on revenue pipelines, institutional relationships, and lead generation — not likes, influencers, or daily posting.

Key Responsibilities


Identify and target NGOs, corporates, government bodies, training firms, and AFCON-linked organizations
Build and manage professional sales decks, proposals, and pitch materials
Execute direct outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, professional WhatsApp)
Generate qualified leads and coordinate site visits and walkthroughs
Support the sales team with follow-ups and proposal tracking
Maintain a structured lead-to-revenue pipeline tracker
Assist in AFCON positioning and institutional readiness messaging


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Number of qualified institutional leads generated per month
Number of site visits arranged
Number of proposals issued
Revenue influenced (tracked jointly with sales)
Conversion rate from lead to booking
Compensation Structure
Base Salary: KES 60,000 - 90,000 per month (depending on experience)
Performance Commission (Monthly)
Commission is paid on revenue directly influenced by the marketer and successfully collected.
2% on revenue influenced up to KES 3,000,000
3% on revenue influenced between KES 3,000,001 - 7,000,000
5% on revenue influenced above KES 7,000,000


Bonus Incentives


Single booking above KES 5M → KES 30,000 bonus
Single booking above KES 10M → KES 60,000 bonus
Monthly occupancy above 75% → KES 25,000 team performance bonus
Commission Rules
Commission is paid only after full client payment is received
Commission applies only to institutional, block, and group bookings
Walk-ins and OTA bookings are excluded
All pricing must comply with approved floor rates
Accounts remain attributed to the marketer for 12 months


Ideal Candidate Profile


3 - 5 years experience in B2B or institutional marketing
Experience in hospitality, real estate, insurance, or corporate services preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable engaging senior decision-makers
Results-driven and revenue-oriented
