We are looking for a well-rounded professional capable of transforming an acquisition into an operational success. As a strategist, facilitator, and project manager, you will be able to lead complex integration projects in dynamic, multicultural environments while maintaining a high level of rigor, clarity of collective commitment, agility, and interpersonal skills to support newly acquired schools in successfully and effectively aligning with the Enko Education model.
You have experience leading transformation or integration projects in growing or restructuring organizations, ideally in the education, consulting, or NGO sectors, or within a multi-site African group. You are proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, etc.) and combine a global vision, hands-on experience, and strong coordination skills.
Fluency in French and English is essential.
As the ideal candidate you demonstrate:
Excellence in leading and executing complex projects: You have at least 5 years of experience leading large-scale projects (post-acquisition integration, organizational transformation, business launch, or multi-country deployment). Structured and impact-oriented, you are proficient in project management tools and methods (Asana, Smartsheet, Gantt, PMP, Agile, etc.) and know how to translate vision into a concrete and measurable action plan.
Collaborative Leadership and Communication: You know how to rally and mobilize teams with diverse backgrounds around common objectives and naturally create connections, generate engagement around a shared vision, and establish constructive dialogue. Your communication style is clear, diplomatic, and inspiring, fostering dialogue between local teams, central functions, and management.
Change Management and Human Support: You understand human dynamics during periods of transition and know how to transform resistance into support. Empathetic and tactical, you support local teams in adopting the Enko Education model, taking into account local realities and sensitivities.
Analytical Mind and Sense of Structure: You quickly analyze processes, identify points of friction, and propose sustainable solutions. You enjoy documenting, standardizing, and capitalizing on best practices to make them replicable in future integrations.
Operational Agility: You navigate with ease between strategic vision and concrete problem-solving. Assertive yet pragmatic, you know when to adapt solutions and when to standardize.
Knowledge of African Contexts and Intercultural Intelligence: Your experience in Africa, or your solid familiarity with its economic, cultural, and educational contexts, allows you to navigate with agility between different local realities and build trusting relationships on the ground.
Quality Orientation and Operational Excellence: Demanding of yourself and your deliverables, you ensure that projects are carried out with precision, in compliance with deadlines and Enko standards. You know how to produce clear, documented, and usable deliverables, which facilitate the continuity and growth of the group.
