Key Responsibilities
Prepare mood boards and design documents for presentation of design schemes.
Prepare necessary drawing and construction details needed for execution on site. Review drawings by consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Plan and implement projects, help define project scope, goals and deliverables, define tasks and required resources, Support and direct teams within the office and on ground.
Manage the project budget, Review and prepare project BOQ's, allocate project resources, ensure project execution within budget
Create a project schedule and timeline, plan procurement and materials, ensure timely completion of projects
Lead quality assurance, ensure quality standard from suppliers and construction team
Report on the project status, present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
Key Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
A portfolio showcasing interior design projects and/or QS involvement.
Strong creative and aesthetic sense with technical design proficiency.
Knowledge of design software.
