About the People Operations Intern role

We are looking for an intern to support the Global People Operations team between June and August 2026. You will work closely with the Performance Development vertical of the Global People Operations team to support key organizational priorities spanning onboarding, performance management, employee experience, and culture initiatives.
This internship is designed as a hands-on learning opportunity for someone interested in People Operations, organizational development, and the operational systems that help global teams thrive. You will contribute to both day-to-day coordination and longer-term projects, gaining exposure to how a global organization designs and delivers people processes at scale.
This is a high-ownership role with real deliverables. You will manage your own workstreams, communicate proactively when something is blocked, and take initiative on projects that require strong organization, judgment, and follow-through in execution.
