Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Offer Management Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.
Work based exposure may include the following:
Quality Assure type of offer made
Identify and correct any defects in consultation with the originator of the offer
Communicate approved offer
Assess the basis of the rejected offer
Document and upload offers on the system
Deal with/and respond to correspondence
Report on emerging risks;
Provide ad hoc reports on process improvement initiatives
Receiving complaints and liaise with relevant stakeholders;
Follow up and feedback to all stakeholders to keep them updated on status of a query
Respond to queries within the predefined turnaround times
Qualifications and other Requirements
Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Certified copy of Relevant Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Law
Certified copy of your ID
Certified copy of Academic transcript
Your CV and motivational letter
