Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining outstanding customer service and excellent customer relations
- Capturing and loading orders from customer via telephone and / or email
- Managing Customer back-orders and updating all relevant parties
- Administering and maintaining all documents pertaining to our customers orders
- Co-ordinating delivery requirements with the Distribution team
- Ensuring that our deliveries are made in accordance with our objective of satisfying our Customers requirements
- Providing Customers with required reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
- Preparing Price Increase Letters
- Updating and ensuring Customer Information in SAP is correct
Qualifications and experience:
- Matric certificate with Mathematics. Diploma or Degree is advantageous
- 1- 3 years working experience in a Customer Service or similar role
- Excellent Computer Skills EXCEL (SAP will be advantageous)
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Customer Orientated
- High attention to detail with strong numeracy skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Sense of urgency and ability to communicate this on all levels
