We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Consultant to join a busy branch environment. The role requires strong sales ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer enquiries, process orders, and support overall sales operations in a fast-paced industrial setting.


Requirements:


Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a sales or internal sales role
Experience within the steel or related industrial sector advantageous
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to handle enquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently
Good organisational and administrative skills
Experience working on ERP systems (Syspro advantageous)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with a proactive approach
