What You'll Be Doing
Engaging with clients daily via phone in a confident and professional manner
Building and growing a strong, loyal customer base
Following up consistently to convert leads into sales
Identifying new opportunities and driving business growth
Capturing and maintaining accurate client information on internal systems
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Handling objections with confidence and turning challenges into wins
What We're Looking For
1 - 3 years' experience in an internal sales role
A strong communicator with excellent telephone etiquette
Target-driven, competitive, and motivated by commission
Confident, resilient, and able to perform under pressure
Strong administrative and computer skills
High attention to detail and excellent customer service approach
