Our Client in the pumping industry is looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for selling pumping and dosing equipment/products and services.
This role requires a deep understanding of technical specifications, the ability to translate customer needs into suitable solutions, and the ability to manage sales targets and drive revenue within the engineering sector.
Duties & Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
Proven experience in technical sales within the engineering and pumping industry
Strong understanding of engineering principles
Strong understanding of technical specifications
Excellent communication skills to effectively explain complex technical concepts
Required Skills and Experience
Set and track sales targets and KPIs
Coordinate sales projects to meet deadlines
Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Possessing in-depth knowledge of dosing and pumping products, applications, and industry trends.
Sales Cycle Management:
Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, including preparing technical proposals, providing accurate pricing, and negotiating contracts.

Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and proactive engagement.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
Analyse sales data, creating accurate sales forecasts, and tracking performance against targets.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer sales experience.
