Job Description
A leading distributor of cutting-edge technologies, including Wireless Broadband, Wi-Fi, Networking, Routing, VoIP, IoT, Fibre, Access Control, and IP Surveillance, is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers via in-person meetings, phone, and email.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from generating accurate quotes based on customer needs to processing orders and ensuring successful completion.
Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date with MiRO's product portfolio and market trends to confidently recommend technical solutions.
Performance: Work effectively under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Grade 12 / Matric (Compulsory).
Certification: CompTIA N+ or an equivalent networking qualification.
Experience: 1 - 2 years of sales experience in a similar role.
Systems: Experience using a CRM system (e.g., SAP).
Advantageous:
Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma).
Experience within the IT/ICT industry.
Background in Wired/Wireless Networking, VoIP, IP Surveillance, Internal Sales, or a Call Centre environment.
