As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive, results-driven Internal Sales Trader to join our team and help drive sales growth by engaging customers, negotiating deals, and providing technical sales support. 

What you'll do

  • Sales and customer management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Quoting and order processing: Prepare accurate quotes, process sales orders, and manage invoicing efficiently.
  • Negotiation and pricing: Handle pricing discussions, margin calculations, and competitive negotiations professionally.
  • Technical and numerical sales: Work with measurable products, conduct cost estimations, and ensure profitable sales transactions.
  • CRM and sales administrations: Maintain detailed sales records, track leads, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Market awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, procurement, and technical teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Matric
  • 3-5 years in internal sales, trading or customer relationship management
  • Industry background: Experience in fast-moving B2B or B2C sales environments is highly advantageous
  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of competitive market dynamics 
  • Ability to handle pricing strategies, profit margins and numerical calculations
  • Experience selling measurable products (e.g hardware, tools, industrial goods, customer orders)
  • Experience managing quoting, invoicing and order tracking
