Job Description :
Build and maintain strategic relationships with domestic and international government representatives, commercial partners, industry stakeholders, and key contacts.
Act as the primary point of contact for sensitive business discussions, negotiations, and executive-level communications across multiple jurisdictions.
Represent the organisation at international meetings, negotiations, conferences, and strategic forums.
Lead commercial negotiations to secure mutually beneficial outcomes while protecting organisational objectives.
Respond effectively to operational issues, supplier concerns, customer escalations, and unforeseen challenges.
Facilitate conflict resolution among international stakeholders while preserving long-term relationships.
Support executive leadership during crisis management situations and other sensitive operational matters.
Assist with international partner onboarding, strategic supplier development, and cross-border initiatives.
Prepare executive briefings, intelligence summaries, situational reports, and strategic recommendations.
Monitor geopolitical, commercial, and regulatory developments that may affect international operations.
Identify political, reputational, operational, and commercial risks affecting business relationships.
Ensure all communications uphold the highest standards of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and information security.
