Purpose of the Internship: The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited for the Service Delivery Internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. Verification process will be undertaken to verify whether you have previous work anywhere within the Republic of South Africa.
Work based exposure may include the following:
Assist users with hardware, software, and network problems via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Providing end-user support: Helpdesk support, password resets, and software installations.
Monitoring and maintaining systems: Help monitor network performance, update software, and ensure system security.
Documenting support processes: Record issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge base and future reference
Qualifications and other Requirements
Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant NQF 6/7 qualifications
Certified copy of your ID
Certified copy of Academic transcript
Your CV and motivational letter
Technical and behavioral competencies required
