Program Overview
The IHA Mentorship Program is a 4-month guided journey designed to support early-career African women through a high-impact Bootcamp in June focused on clarity, skills, and readiness and a structured Mentorship Program from July to October, combining learning, accountability, and community.
This program aims to provide guidance, support, and a platform for skill development, fostering a community of growth and empowerment.
Our program structure includes one-on-one mentorship consultations, webinars and networking sessions, and an opportunity to work on a Capstone Project.
Responsibilities
Participants will engage in:

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be a citizen of any African country and be able to actively participate in virtual sessions scheduled within African time zones
Hold at least an undergraduate Degree (or equivalent)
Have 0 - 3 years of post-graduation work experience
Be between 18 and 29 years old at the time of application
Be a resident in an African country. Be willing and able to commit 5 - 6 hours per week for the full 4-month duration of the program
Have reliable access to the internet and preferably a laptop or personal computer to fully participate in virtual activities.
