Inventory Control Officer at RS Hunter Limited

Job Summary


The Inventory Control Officer will maintain accurate inventory records across all locations, monitor stock movements and ensure that physical inventory is aligned with system records.


Key Responsibilities


Maintain daily inventory records.
Process and monitor stock transfers.
Conduct regular cycle counts.
Reconcile physical stock against system records.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and variances.
Monitor stock movements across warehouses and boutiques.
Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded.
Support periodic physical stock counts.
Prepare inventory reports.
Escalate unusual stock movements, losses or discrepancies.
Work closely with Warehouse, Finance, Retail and Operations teams.

Requirements


Bachelor's degree/HND in Accounting, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
2 - 4 years' inventory-control experience.
Experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
Retail or FMCG experience is preferred.
