Job Description


This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of marketing materials, operational stock and IT equipment, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient dispatch, and timely delivery to our branches nationwide. Key Responsibilities


Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
Monitor stock levels and proactively manage reordering requirements.
Pick, pack and dispatch marketing materials, operational supplies and IT equipment.
Coordinate courier bookings, shipment tracking and proof of delivery.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Produce inventory and stock reports for stakeholders.
Support Marketing and Operations by ensuring inventory is available when required.
Ensure inventory processes comply with company standards and service level agreements.


Minimum Requirements


Grade 12 (Matric).
Qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehousing or Logistics will be advantageous.
2 - 3 years' experience in inventory control, warehousing or logistics.
Experience with courier or waybill systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with inventory management systems.
