Inventory Coordinator at VEIN

Role Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Inventory Coordinator to manage, track, and control all stock movements within our club operations.
This role is critical to cost control, availability, and smooth night operations.


Key Responsibilities


Monitor and manage inventory levels (liquor, beverages, consumables, supplies)
Record all stock receipts, issues, and transfers accurately
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
Reconcile physical stock with system records and reports
Track variances, losses, and wastage; report discrepancies promptly
Work closely with bar, kitchen, and operations teams
Ensure proper storage, labelling, and FIFO compliance
Support audits and management reporting


Requirements


Proven experience in inventory/storekeeping (hospitality or club experience is an advantage)
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good reporting and documentation skills
Ability to work night shifts and under pressure
Integrity, accountability, and confidentiality
Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory systems)


Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
