Job Summary:
As an Inventory Executive at Upbeat Recreational Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management. From tracking stock levels to optimizing order processes, your role will be crucial in supporting our operational needs and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are readily available for our programs and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for all recreational programs and services.
Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Collaborate with departmental heads to forecast inventory needs and plan for seasonal demands.
Process inventory orders, track shipments, and verify the accuracy of received goods.
Implement and maintain inventory management software for efficient tracking and reporting.
Analyze inventory performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide reports on inventory status, including turnover rates and stock levels, to senior management.
Develop and enforce inventory management policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Train and support staff in inventory management best practices and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in inventory management or supply chain operations, ideally within a recreational or non-profit setting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage inventory effectively.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with various departments.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
