Inventory Intern at HI Home

Are you a detail-oriented, organized and proactive individual looking to gain hands-on experience in inventory management and retail operations?
We're looking for an Inventory Intern to join our team and support day-to-day inventory activities across our operations.
Key Responsibilities


Assist with stock counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory audits.
Support receiving, recording, and tracking of stock movements.
Update and maintain accurate inventory records.
Assist in identifying stock discrepancies and reporting variances.
Support stock transfers between branches and warehouse locations.
Assist with monitoring stock levels and identifying slow-moving or fast-moving items.
Prepare inventory reports and assist with data analysis.
Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions.
Support the Inventory team with general administrative duties.


Requirements


Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good analytical and numerical abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Previous experience in inventory, stock control or retail is an added advantage.
