Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, stock management, and supply coordination within our operations.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the hospitality or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry and possess strong analytical and organizational skills to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation exercises.
Track inventory movement, usage, wastage, and variances.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare inventory reports.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely restocking.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and stock rotation practices.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Implement inventory control procedures and cost management measures.
Monitor expiry dates and reduce product wastage.
Support audits and ensure compliance with company inventory policies.
