Our client in the Clothing & Thrift Fashion industry is seeking to hire an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Officer who will be responsible for monitoring stock movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring effective stock control within the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor inventory records daily
Receive, record, and track incoming and outgoing stock
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliation
Ensure products are properly arranged and accounted for
Identify stock discrepancies and report issues promptly
Maintain accurate documentation of inventory activities
Support store operations by ensuring product availability
Prepare inventory reports for management review
Requirements:
OND/HND/B.Sc qualification
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good knowledge of stock management and inventory control
Ability to use Microsoft Excel and record-keeping systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in inventory management or storekeeping is an added advantage
