Job Summary
The Inventory Officer will be responsible for managing stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support efficient warehouse and retail operations.
The role requires close monitoring of stock, regular audits, and coordination with relevant teams to ensure smooth inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming stock, updating inventory records accordingly
Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouse and retail locations
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock
Support periodic inventory audits and stock checks
Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment
Ensure proper storage and handling of products
Generate inventory reports for management review
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related role
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork ability
Experience in retail, FMCG, or skincare industry
Knowledge of Odoo inventory software.
