Job Summary
We are seeking an Inventory officer who will be responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet organizational needs.
The role involves close collaboration with procurement, supply chain, and other departments to ensure effective stock control and timely replenishment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory records, stock levels, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy.
Monitor stock movement, replenishment needs, and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and internal teams to support timely stock availability.
Prepare inventory reports, analyze stock data, and provide insights for decision-making.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance with SOPs, quality checks, and support inventory audits.
Identify process improvements to enhance inventory efficiency and reduce wastage.
Requirements
The following requirements will be strictly adhered to:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain operations.
Strong skills in inventory planning, stock control, vendor management, reporting, and data analysis.
Ability to collaborate across teams, improve processes, manage risks, and follow SOPs.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Must reside close to either Victoria Island, Surulere or Ojodu.
