Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage stock records, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock movement and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, record, organise, and issue stock.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations.
Track stock movement and prepare inventory reports.
Ensure proper storage and organisation of inventory.
Assist with periodic stock audits.
Requirements
OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
1 - 2 years' experience in inventory or stock management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good organisational and communication skills.
High level of integrity and accountability.
