Inventory Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, analyze trends, and generate reports.
• Ensure all items are inspected for quality before dispatch and upon return.
• Optimize storage systems for easy access and efficient space utilization.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pick-up with accuracy.
• Regularly update the team on item availability and shortages.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure timely maintenance or replacement of damaged items.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1 year of experience in inventory management within retail, FMCG, or other high-intensity environments (rental business experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and collaborate across departments.
