As the Inventory Specialist,, you will receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders, Record all stock receipts and issues accurately in inventory records or systems, Store items properly, ensuring correct labeling, stacking, and FIFO compliance, Issue stock only with proper authorization and approved documentation, Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records, Identify and report damaged, expired, or obsolete items, Monitor stock levels and notify management of items requiring replenishment, Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within the store area, Prevent stock loss through proper control and security measures, Prepare and submit routine inventory and stock movement reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies
Issue materials and products according to approved requests
Maintain accurate inventory records (manual or electronic)
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and inform management of re-order needs
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well organized
Prevent loss, damage, or theft of stock
Prepare basic inventory and stock movement reports
Requirements:
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2-3 years store keeping and inventory experience in FMCG or consumer electronics
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàMinimum of 2 years in an inventory accounting or similar role
ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂàProven experience managing stores and inventory.
