A busy and respected company supplying animal health products, animal feeds, crop inputs, and farmer training is seeking a detail-oriented and qualified Inventory & Receivables Accountant to manage stock, receivables, and financial compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
CPA (K) qualification
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a busy manufacturing or trading company
Experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution is an added advantage
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong organizational, multitasking, and team collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and timely sales/banking reconciliations and compliance reports
Handle distributor invoicing at the head office
Manage debtors reports and reconcile accounts receivables ledgers
Ensure compliance with the company's credit policy
Process stock GRVs, coordinate quarterly stock takes, and manage stock purchase requisitions
Reconcile inventory general ledger control accounts
Perform bank reconciliations for Equity and M-Pesa C2B accounts
