Job Summary


In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all inventory management operations, including receiving, storing, distributing, and tracking sporting goods, apparel, and equipment.


Responsibilities


Oversees inventory levels, handles cash, conducts regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
Organize the stockroom to optimize space utilization, ensuring products are easily accessible for sales staff.
Monitor stock levels and identify slow-moving or out-of-stock items.
Supervise the daily receiving of new sports merchandise, including unloading and inspecting for damage.
Generate and analyze daily/weekly reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory inaccuracies for management.


Requirements


Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in inventory management, retail warehousing, or supply chain.
Proficiency in inventory management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with sales and purchasing teams.
Familiarity with sporting goods, clothing or high-volume retail environments is a strong plus.
