Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, goal-driven, and experienced Investment Advisor to join our real estate team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property sales, conducting inspections, and building strong client relationships.
Candidates must have prior experience working in a real estate company or banking sector, with strong sales and client management skills.
Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads for property sales
Conduct site inspections with clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet assigned sales targets and business goals
Present property investment opportunities to clients
Maintain proper records of leads, inspections, and sales activities
Follow up with prospects to drive conversions
Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements
Minimum of HND / Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
Previous experience in a real estate firm or banking sector is mandatory
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of Lagosreal estate market is an added advantage.
