Norrenberger Advisory Partners Limited is Hiring!!! As an Investment Banking Associate, you will serve as part of key advisors to clients on the feasibility, structuring, and implementation of largescale infrastructure and development projects. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, executing comprehensive feasibility studies, and developing robust business cases to inform critical investment decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of the investment banking process. You will provide strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), debt and equity financing, and corporate restructuring. You will support senior executives in the management of the deal flow, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and may supervise a team of Analysts. You are expected to manage projects, assist in client relationship management, and work across different sectors.

Project Advisory


Conduct in-depth market research, sectoral analysis, and policy reviews to inform project viability and strategic direction.
Advise clients on the optimal structuring of projects and other project finance arrangements.
Execute comprehensive feasibility studies, including technical, economic, and financial assessments.
Serve in a team as key advisor to clients, presenting complex financial and strategic information in a clear and compelling manner to support decision-making.
Develop project deliverables, including strategic reports, action plans, and client presentations.


Deal Structuring & Negotiations


Assist clients in structuring complex financial transactions, ensuring that all parties' needs are met.
Support negotiations, providing strategic advice on structuring and pricing.
Assist in drafting term sheets, letters of intent, and other deal documentation.


Financial & Valuation Analysis


Provide advanced financial modelling and valuation support.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial models, presenting findings to clients and senior management.
Prepare in-depth analysis on industry trends, financial performance, and market dynamics to support strategic decisions.


Transaction Management & Execution


Manage all aspects of investment banking transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring.
Oversee the preparation of key deliverables, including transaction models and client presentations.
Ensure high standards of execution, including meeting deadlines and maintaining quality control.


Business Case Development


Develop business cases in line with industry-specific standards and best practices, articulating the strategic rationale, project benefits, and financial requirements.
Identify and evaluate project risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring all potential challenges are thoroughly considered and addressed.


Business Development


Support the development of new business opportunities by identifying client needs and providing tailored proposals.
Contribute to firm growth by building a strong network of potential clients and stakeholders.


Requirements


Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA or CFA or any equivalent professional qualifications is required.


KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE


Minimum of 5 years' experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting Corporate Finance, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Must have expert-level financial modeling, valuation and strong industry knowledge to successfully execute complex transactions.
Proven ability to manage a team, lead transactions, and interact with senior clients and executives.
