Job Summary
As the Investment & Funds Mobilization Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing funds, promoting investment products, and building strong investor relationships to support the company's liquidity and growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Mobilize funds from individuals and corporate entities to meet the company's liquidity needs
Identify new markets and develop relationships to expand the investor base
Promote and sell investment and treasury products to prospective clients
Manage and maintain relationships with existing investors to ensure retention and growth
Provide recommendations on investment of excess liquidity and ensure portfolio diversification
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with focus on treasury, investment, or funds mobilization
Proven track record in selling financial products and managing corporate and individual client relationships
Professional certification such as CIS, CFA, or relevant financial certification is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills.
