Job Title: Investor Relations & Executive Assistant

Location: Full-Time Remote (LATAM)

Working Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Compensation: $2,500 - 3000 USD per month (based on experience)

Our client oversees a growing, dynamic portfolio of ventures that span key sectors including real estate, fund management, and lifestyle assets. We manage multiple entities and are rapidly scaling our operations and investor base. We are seeking a foundational hire who will be critical to supporting both our investor relationships and our executive leadership.

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented Investor Relations & Executive Assistant role. This position requires a unique blend of client-facing poise and operational discipline. The successful candidate will be the primary link between the firm and its high-net-worth (HNW) investors while simultaneously providing comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner/President.

The ideal candidate can seamlessly coordinate communication with HNW investors one moment and manage complex executive scheduling, key initiative tracking, and corporate correspondence the next.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations (Client-Facing & Communications Focus)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all investor communications and inquiries.

  • Manage the full investor onboarding lifecycle (NDAs, subscription agreements, wire instructions, etc.).

  • Prepare and dispatch routine investor communications, including quarterly reports, updates, and newsletters.

  • Maintain meticulous records of investor commitments, follow-ups, and communications within the CRM.

  • Support capital-raising efforts by organizing materials, decks, and structured follow-up campaigns.

  • Assist with the coordination of investor calls, presentations, and events.

  • Ensure strict investor confidentiality and compliance with all documentation workflows.

Executive Support (Administrative & Operational Focus)

  • Provide direct administrative support to the Managing Partner/President, including complex scheduling, correspondence, and travel coordination.

  • Manage the executive calendar, meeting logistics, and document preparation.

  • Track key initiatives and ensure timely execution across multiple entities.

  • Draft, proofread, and finalize sensitive correspondence, proposals, and investor-facing communications.

  • Prepare materials for high-level meetings and presentations.

  • Act as a professional liaison between firm leadership, investors, external partners, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications & Attributes

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Investor Relations Coordinator, or Client Services role within the Finance or Financial Services industry is required.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence.

  • Proven highly organized and responsive approach, with strong attention to detail.

  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive, confidential relationships with professionalism and discretion.

  • Discreet and trustworthy, capable of handling all confidential investor and company information.

  • Comfortable interfacing with high-net-worth investors and stakeholders.

  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and experienced with CRM systems and document management platforms (e.g., Dropbox).
