Role Overview


The Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager is a commercially critical role responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing capital from High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, and private investors to fund manufacturing and real-sector investment opportunities.
This is not a passive relationship management role — it is a deal-closing function. The role holder is expected to convert investor conversations into committed capital within defined timelines, while building a long-term investor base that supports the firm's broader investment strategy.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of capital markets, investor psychology, and commercial execution, ensuring that every engagement progresses toward a clear funding outcome.


Key Responsibilities
Capital Raising & Deal Closure:


Source and secure capital from HNIs, family offices, and private investors across local and international markets (including GCC)
Present structured investment opportunities (equity, debt, commercial papers, direct lending, Islamic financing)
Drive investor conversations from introduction through to commitment and fund deployment
Maintain a clear pipeline of active investor discussions with defined timelines and expected close values


Investor Relationship Management:


Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication
Build and maintain long-term investor relationships that lead to repeat investments
Provide structured updates on investment performance and portfolio developments


Deal Structuring & Execution Support:


Work closely with internal teams to structure investment opportunities aligned with investor expectations
Support due diligence processes, financial modelling inputs, and investment documentation
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure seamless deal execution


Market Positioning & Network Development:


Actively build presence within investor ecosystems — HNI networks, private wealth circles, and investment forums
Develop and maintain a strong personal pipeline of qualified investors
Represent the firm in high-level investor engagements and strategic conversations


Performance Expectations


Capital raised within first 30 - 90 days
Number and quality of HNIs onboarded
Conversion rate from investor engagement to committed capital
Repeat investment and investor retention levels
Strength and visibility of investor pipeline


Required Skills & Competencies:


Proven ability to close high-value investment deals under time pressure
Strong existing network of HNIs, family offices, or private investors
Deep understanding of investment products and structuring
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Strong commercial judgment and execution discipline


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
5 - 10 years' experience in investor relations, private banking, wealth management, or corporate finance
Demonstrated track record of raising capital from HNIs or family offices
MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage
