A commercial vehicle sales environment is seeking an Invoicing Clerk responsible for accurate processing, validation, and reconciliation of customer invoices. The role ensures correct revenue capture through EDP and SAP systems, supports month-end reporting, and maintains compliance with financial and tax requirements.


Requirements:


Diploma or certificate in Accounting / Bookkeeping.
Minimum 5 years' experience in invoicing or similar finance role.
SAP system experience essential.
Strong understanding of invoicing processes, VAT principles, and financial controls.
Experience with vehicle sales invoicing and dealer/branch billing advantageous.
Ability to reconcile invoices, credit notes, and sales records accurately.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Team player with proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Computer literate with strong administrative capability.
