Qualifications:
Matric
B. Degree in Human Resource Management / B. Degree in Psychology or equivalent
Code EB Driving License
1-2 years of experience in performance management, human resources, or a related environment.
Key Performance Areas:
Coordinates activities associated with strategic and operational plans of the sub-section.
Coordinates activities associated with individual performance management processes.
Contributes to capital, operating estimates and controls expenditure against the approved budget against the approved budget allocations.
Coordinates administrative and reporting requirements associated with the functionality of the sub-section.
Coordinates stakeholder management and communication of the sub-section.
