Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Water Resources Engineering (Masters degree preferred) with 810 years of progressive experience in project deployment or operations within irrigation, water management, or related engineering fields.
