Job Description
Meridian Services is offering an 18-month workplace experience programme for unemployed TVET graduates who have completed an N6 Certificate and require practical workplace experience to obtain their National N Diploma. The internship is based in Sandton and provides hands-on exposure to IT support, systems administration, and business technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to users
Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
Support troubleshooting of computer systems, printers, and network-related issues
Maintain IT records, asset registers, and documentation
Assist with user account administration and system updates
Support the IT team with daily operational activities and projects
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and information security standards
Perform general IT administrative and technical support duties
Requirements
Aged between 18 and 28 years
Completed N6 TVET Certificate
Unemployed and require workplace experience to obtain a National N Diploma
Valid driver's licence is advantageous but not required
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer literacy and technical knowledge
Willingness to learn and work in a professional environment
