Responsibilities


Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
Assist in installation, setup, and maintenance of computers and IT equipment
Support routine system checks, updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity maintenance
Help troubleshoot connectivity and system-related issues for staff
Maintain records of IT assets, equipment usage, and software licenses
Keep proper documentation of IT support requests and resolutions
Assist in onboarding staff by setting up systems, emails, and user accounts
Support planning and execution of social media content across platforms
Create and post basic content (graphics, videos, captions) for company services and updates
Monitor social media pages and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries
Track basic IT issues and social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers)
Assist in preparing simple reports for IT activities and social media performance
