Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and proactive IT Officer to manage, maintain, and support the company's IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems across the office and production environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to staff, maintaining computer systems and networks, managing IT equipment, ensuring data security, and promptly resolving technology-related issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, HND, or OND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
2 - 4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
Practical knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
Experience with CCTV monitoring, playback, installation, or troubleshooting is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent technical issues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
