Key Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network, Wi-Fi, switches, and cabling
Administer the company ERP system, manage user access, and troubleshoot system issues
Provide first and second-line IT support to staff for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
Set up new devices, user accounts, and email for new employees
Manage the company email system, shared drives, and collaboration tools
Implement and enforce IT security policies, including password management and data access controls
Conduct regular data backups and test recovery procedures
Monitor for and respond to cybersecurity threats and unauthorized access
Manage and maintain the CCTV surveillance system and access control systems
Support production floor technology such as barcode scanners and label printers
Maintain the IT asset register and liaise with vendors for technology installations and upgrades
Train staff on ERP and other business systems, and develop simple user guides
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2 - 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in IT support or systems administration
Hands-on experience administering an ERP systems
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, firewalls, and network security principles
Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL) are an added advantage
Experience with CCTV and biometric access control systems is an added advantage
Self-starter who is calm under pressure and communicates well with non-technical staff
