We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Officer to manage and support the company's IT systems, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide technical support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage computer systems, networks, and software
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Install, configure, and update systems and applications
Manage data backups, security, and access controls
Monitor system performance and resolve IT-related issues promptly
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Support basic website, email, and office IT needs
Requirements:
HND/BSc in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role
Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email systems, and basic cybersecurity
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly
