DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Maintain and enhance databases and reporting structures to support financial and operational decision-making
Monitor platform performance and log metrics for decision support
Provide end-to-end user and platform support for internal systems
Maintain access control logs, support regular system audits, and participate in DR/backup reviews.
Coordinate version control and patch management for key systems
Prepare periodic performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering KPIs, risk metrics, financial summaries, and departmental scorecards
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across systems through regular audits and validation processes
Recommend improvements to reporting processes, data flow, and system usage to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
Work closely with relevant units to maintain data integrity and accuracy and with finance team to ensure alignment of data inputs and outputs
Support, upgrade, and troubleshooting of software, productivity tools or ERP systems relevant to finance operations


Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and personnel data.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION


Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field
CompTIA A+
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
ITIL Foundation (Optional but advantageous)
Familiarity with financial systems, ERP software, or data analysis tools.


EXPERIENCE


2 - 4 years of relevant experience in IT Operations, data analysis, or reporting roles, preferably within a financial services, banking, or investment environment


COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS


Working knowledge of Order Management System/Asset Management System in a support or operations context
Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, PowerShell scripting, or SQL triggers
Competence in Windows environments, domain provisioning, and endpoint troubleshooting
Strong documentation and support ticket management skills
Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication, team collaboration, and proactive problem-solving attitude
High level of accuracy in handling and reporting data
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple reporting cycles
Demonstrates professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive financial and employee data
Basic understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
